Ace foldable brolly
Yes it's neither the shortest, slimmest or lightest, but I've tried all those and they're flimsy, short lasting with no decent overhead coverage. This is built to last, endure most winds, and fully cover from rain, and easier to carry in decent sized bag unlike full length umbrella.

Should be called “The slightest breeze”
This umbrella is genuinely terrrible, it flips up on even the slightest breeze consistently. The only way to stop this it seems is to hold it level but that must be perfect or a draft will penetrate the vent.Under modest wind the other day it inverted and now will not close as something has bent. Rubbish product.

Not windproof
Not windproof at all - I don't have confidence this will actually withstand winds as it blew inside out 4 times on my first use outside.

Great product but a bit too big to be too portable
I used Fulton umbrellas in the past and their solid construction is very good for storms and windy rain, the only regret of this version is its size. Despite it is good to fit inside a satchel or backpack, it might be a bit too long for side pockets so need to be inside. When opened could easily cover two people but if you are using on a city with narrow pavements or busy and crowded during commute time then you may be not so practical. The noticeable changes are the new internal plastic green connectors between the metal strings tubes that support the fabric of the umbrella. Only visible from inside. Has a opening on the top for windy weather to avoid the inverted umbrella cases which the smaller version did not have. Have not went through a very windy storm with this one yet but feels stronger already. Weight wide still pretty light. Finally, practical auto open and closing features. Overall great product but watch for its size when opening

Sturdy great in bad weather
Good umbrella. So far no problems using it in the winds. Slightly heavier than my other umbrellas but I think this is because it is a sturdier construction.

An epic fail
Some point just for being a reasonable size and it works I guess. But I warn anyone thinking this is good for anything other than a light breeze. It isn't.It has canopy venting for what that is worth, yet a poorly designed handle, too chunky and uncomfortable. The canopy simply doesn't feel stong from the moment you open it, and if wind hits it, it acts like a bird with a broken wing. And while this might technically "withstand strong wind" this is misleading. The canopy inverts at the drop of a hat and has you fighting it no better than cheap Chinese umbrellas I've owned in the past. Not fun even if it does "survive". It'll only survive as long as you, the user, don't destroy it first out of frustration.Considering the expense, reviews I've read and the brand name, this is embarrassing and you should avoid it at all costs. You have been warned.
