Delivered eventually, doll inside was fine, plastic in packaging was damaged - item didn't seem new, shipped from other side of the world. Quite expensive.

Box ruined
Paid a lot of money for this doll for the box to come battered. This is a Christmas gift and came with the box repeatedly damaged looking old and used. Not a good service.
