Gala Mop with spare mop
We have been using Gala Mops for years. This is first time we have received the packaging torn apart. We also found both the Mops soft. Normally mop is hard & you have to soak in water for atleast 1/2 hour in a bucket. Surprised at the bad quality. Wish I had taken photos of packaging as well as the Mops.Very very disappointed with quality & inspection by your staff.
