Product as was expected for the desired results. After heating on gas burner for 1 minute on each side, it was removed in an earthen pot with handle. Added frankinsen and camphor and slowly it started giving aromatic fragrance. Could do a smudging of house easily, without too much smoke of charcoal.Lasted long, almost an hour, without re-heating. Kept on periodically adding aromatic compounds like loban dust, guggal etc, for a pleasing aromatic ambience.Kept the windows open for cross ventilation. Home energy feels much lighter.

Product is very good ,but the tongs were missing in the package . I bought these for a reason tat the tongs were also being sent along with the coal .

Good one, come with tongs

Not good for spiritual work, like with loban. As soon as you put loban on it. Burning goes of and lowly charcoal left unburn. Not happy.

Bad quality, doesn't lit

Instant light up , jus need to spark with lighter into charcoal biscuit

The coals have arrive before the mentioned time, arrived in a good condition as well. The quality of the product is just as i wanted it to be.. The coals are burning well enough and for a longer period of time. Totally satisfied.

I have been using this type only for years only, this company is my second buy and I would recommend this. Due to lockdown had to buy the smaller ones, not mentioning the brand purposely, Poor quality and does not get burn properly.This one can be lit easily, burns properly with the mild scent as expected. Purchased 3rice but did not get the tong mentioned even once.
