The water purifier working fine. taste of water is good. No leakage till now. Auto shut off after tank is full. Only concern is the water tank I don't think it's 15ltrs. It is around 7 to 10 ltrs.700TDS water output is coming around 70 to 80 TDS. All fitting parts are available in the box. If they provided the adopter I don't have purchased anything from installation person. Installation arrangeed by company itself for which you need to pay rs500 extra which was mentioned before purchase itself.

Good product, easy installation

Purchased this water purifier on 8th AUG 2022 to avoid the trouble of collecting Cauvery water supplied at irregular times to my street. I feel it was a wise decision as the purchase allowed me to buy an underrated water purifier at a perfect budget - INR 4799 during a special offer sale. I would like to say prospective buyers that there is no day-night difference between Konvio water purifier and other named brands like Kent, Aqua guard. Unless of course you like fancy stickers world-class warranty, and expensive technician visits who come in company uniforms and vans. Especially in country like India it's a crime to price water purifier at 10000 or more. This is not a luxury product only rich people should have clean water is everyone's right. If possible Govt should provide relief to purifier manufacturers to help their products reach more hands at a concession. I feel 3000 to 5000 is ideal range to make purifier affordabel to over 60 to 70% households. But if fancy stickers and warranties make a water purifier feel premium product to your eyes then there is no point of me (a owner of this product) convincing you. Anyway, A RO water purifier is composed of several stages from composite material filters to UF and UV capsules that eliminate traces of bacteria to dust and debris in post and pre filter stages. This is pretty much standard stages in Konvio as well as other brands. If used reliably, they work like a charm. We don't run the machine every now and then but once a day to fill up a tumbler and that is enough for a household of 3. This has been sufficient for drinking and cooking needs. The TDS level has so far remained stable and system has had no leaks from any point. Like I said there is no miracle water purifier that is so great that there is no equivalent to its capabilities. Most of the purifier parts are more or less similarly made irrespective of the manufacturer and they usually come from the same supplier in the manufacturing chain whose name average consumers like you and I will never hear. You can certainly consider Konvio over named brands like Kent, Aqua guard, VGuard etc if budget is a constraint and you don't want to sacrifice on quality. But whatever your choice, make sure TDS is set between 50 and 120 for healthy water consumption. Konvio technicians have the habit of forcing people to drink 30 TDS. This is so wrong. NOBODY should drink water of 30 TDS. Even health officials suggest anything over 50 is ok for human body but not less. I had to demand it be set to 60 while he kept insisting 30 is the best. Even otherwise you can adjust this on your own by watching a Youtube video. Apart from that I would certainly recommend Konvio water purifier to all those looking for a 15L purifier under 5000. Wait for offer periods like Diwali, Big Billion sale, etc and you may get a good discount like I did.

The media could not be loaded. आप इसे ना खरीदें, क्योंकि Konvio-RO मुश्किल से 3 महीने भी नही चलेगा मैंने खुद जनवरी 2025 में Konvio-RO खरीदा तो मुझे उनके व्हाट्सएप्प नम्बर के माध्यम से बताया गया की आपके RO की सिर्फ इलेक्ट्रिक पार्ट की वारंटी है ओर किसी चीज की नही, आपके यहाँ मैकेनिक आयेगा जिसका चार्ज 350/- रुपये आपको देना होगा । और जो पार्ट डलेगा उसका भी चार्ज देना होगा । आज मेरे यहाँ KONVIO की तरफ से मैकेनिक आया । उसने मुझे फिल्टर के 200, दूसरे फिल्टर के भी 200 सर्विस चार्ज 350 रुपये की टोटल 750 रुपये की कोस्ट बताई, और बोला कि मेमरींन भी ढलेगी अलग, जब Konvio के विक्रेता से मैकेनिक ने बात करवाई तो उनका बात करने का एटीट्यूड कुछ अलग ही था, मेरे ऊपर इस तरह एहसान जताया कि जैसे मेरे ऊपर घटिया सर्वीस के पैसे लेकर मेरे ऊपर एहसान कर रहे है । जब मैने उनको कहा कि ये तो सिर्फ 3 महीने भी ठीक से नही चला तो मैकेनिक को उन्होंने बोला कि कोई काम मत करो ऐसे ही छोड़कर आ जाओ, आप खुद सुन सकते है । हमे जागरूक होना होगा हमे कन्जयूमर कोर्ट के माध्यम से ऐसे लोंगो की मनमानी को बंद करवाना होगा, मैंने सिर्फ 250 रुपये में खुद पैसे देकर अपना RO ठीक करवाया है । अगर RO सिर्फ 3 महीने में खराब हो जाये । और बार बार हर 3 महीने में इतने पैसे देने पड़े तो इसको खरीदना ही क्यों है । यह कम पैसों का प्रोडक्ट है अगर आप परेशानी से बचना चाहते है तो कृपया थोड़े पैसे लगा ले कोई बढ़िया ब्रांड ख़रीदे । लेकिन इस घटिया प्रोडक्ट को ना ले । अमेजोन पर इन्होंने खुद अपने लोगों से रेटिंग बनवाई हुई है । सबसे जरूरी बात इसका कोई कस्टमर केयर ऑफिस नही है । बस एक व्हाट्सएप नम्बर है उसपे चेट करनी होगी । कोल भी नही उठाएंगे कोई। आपको परेशान और करेंगे । घटिया प्रोडक्ट, घटिया पार्ट ।

TDS adjuster is not working properly. Technician set it 120 and TDS of water decrease continuously day by day , now only 12.I want to solve the problem as soon as possible so, that it will be 100-120.I also inform the service provider about the problem.

I purchased this purifier 3months back and just because of the quality and the price I ordered one more for my friend too.It is delivered in ready state, the only thing we need to do is to set the required tds level (If you want to install it by yourself) and for that you need a tds meter and the same brand provide this meter too. So in my case I installed myself, but yes I got a call from the brand service personnel for installation.One more thing what I want to mention is the service, there was a missing item in the installation kit which when I complained they told that they can send the item but it will take some time alternatively they can refund the amount and I can purchase from local store. So what I want to say is that they take the responsibility of there product which is a very good thing and what I liked most.I am Using this filter from last 3 months and till now everything is good and the taste of water is excellent.Initially some plastic smell will be there for 2-3 days and this is common for all the filters.Only one thing I didn't like is the tank capacity is not as per description, it is less then 10 liters.
