We have been using Thera-Band products in our office for years. We LOVE Thera-Band, however, the new lobster claws that are used to connect the bands to the Thera-Band wall station are CONSTANTLY breaking. The springs in them only last a few weeks. Our bands aren't even worn out before we have to either attach a different clasp to the band or we have to throw it out, costing us money. We love the product, just wish they would go back to the clasp they used before they switched to the lobster claw.

I purchased both the red and green sets for my husband who hung them over his desk at work where he's in front of a computer all day long. He used the first set, the red, for roughly 5 minutes each workday for a month before one broke and the other had a significant hold in it.Our money was refunded and we ordered the stronger green set, however the same happened to it in an equally scant amount of time. He did not use these intensely, just to stretch a little while at his desk job, and we expected a much more durable product. Needless to say, after two failures we'll be looking at other products.
