Great in concept but terribly unreliable.
Had this product over a year. It does not maintain programming. Reprogrammed and happened to check it a few months alter to find, once again, it has lost programming. Have repeated this several times and updated software. Still an issue.As these products are important for mission critical applications, losing programming makes it worthless as you don't get alerts when you need them. Bummer as I really like the product, but cannot recommend something that has such a poor reliability history.
