I enjoyed reading every page and couldn’t put it down. It is a very interactive book that helps you be realistic about your career and life goals. I loved all the fun questions that are included. This book makes answering difficult questions about your life easier. It will help you determine what you are good at and what type of career to pursue. Big life decisions are often hard to make, but this book makes it a lot easier. There is so much wisdom in this book that it is obvious the author is speaking from her own experiences which makes it more relatable. Good information
Michelle Kulp gives good advice on how to get back what you might have lost along the way. This book asks a series of questions, some of them rather thought provoking. The book may be a bit basic for those who read a lot of sef-help books. I did appreciate that this is one of Michelle's "short books" that she talks about in her writing series.

A step by step process in getting to your highest potential in life and work
If you want to find your passion in life and live the life of your dreams then you’ll want to read Michelle Kulp’s new book “How to Find Your Passion.”In this fast paced book Kulp provides a step by step process in getting to your highest potential in life and work.Kulp asks, “Do you listen to your head more than your heart? Too often, we make decisions solely from our logical minds, and that might be okay for a while, but when we are experiencing deep feelings of unhappiness, unfulfillment and purposelessness, it’s time for a change and a new direction. If we make decisions solely from our logical minds, we leave our heart and soul out of the equation. When we do that, we often feel depleted, drained as well as mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally worn out. The 23 questions in this book are designed to help you find your passion.”Kulp asks you to list all of the things you absolutely hate about or hate doing in your job and in life? “Sometimes when we’re lost and confused, we don’t know what we’re looking for or what exactly it is that we want. I’ve found we can get clues by starting with what we hate or what isn’t working. These clues can lead you to what you do want.”Kulp says that you should consider “Meditation” because it can help “stop the incessant chatter going on in your mind and allows you to connect to your true self. We all have this “monkey mind” that never stops. We wake up in the morning and these thoughts take over our minds like little monkeys jumping from tree to tree. Meditation helps the monkey become still and listen.”Kulp believes that your childhood often holds clues to your passions. Kulp reflected on her childhood and remembered how much she loved writing. She also loved being outdoors, riding bikes, putting on neighborhood skits, going to the beach and loved reading books.Reflection is an important method in connecting with your passion says Kulp who asks,“So when do you feel freedom in your life? Is it when you are involved in a certain activity or maybe when you are on vacation or when you’re not glued to technology? Take some time to reflect on what freedom means to you and look back and see at what times in your life you’ve felt free. Looking back at my life, I’ve had two types of jobs: Energy-draining jobs Freedom jobs An energy-draining job is one that consumes your time and energy so that at the end of the day you have none left to pursue your passions and curiosities. If you are going to have a job that pays the bills and gives you freedom to pursue your passions, you want a freedom job.”Kulp is well read and includes dozens of quotes from experts and authors to drive home her points.Bottom line: Buy this book if you need to find your own passion or if you want to help someone else find their passion. I highly recommend this book.

The first “must read “ of 2020!
“ How to find your passion: 23 questions that can change your entire life” is a revelation! Some of the eternal questions in life are”why am I here, what do I want to do with my life and what am I passionate about”? One can go their entire life without truly knowing or finding out HOW to! The author expertly lays out in an easily digestible way of how one can indeed find their passion. These “ questions” she poses and answers are so timely and thought out that this reader thought she was reading my mind! These “chapters “ have a distinct and a very direct way of speaking to me and I’m sure with most readers. The author has an uncanny ability to tap into what I believe everyone asks themselves every day! My favorite chapters that spoke to me most directly are “SUCCESS” and “FEARS”. Each one tapped into different parts of me that I needed clarity and answers on. I highly recommend this book for anyone out there pondering their present and future!

Terrific Book
The author does a terrific job of leading readers down their “yellow brick road” to find what they truly value and have a passion for. And just like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, the reader finds themselves looking inside where the answers have always been!I’m a college professor and teach Digital Entrepreneurship. The first assignment in all of my classes requires students to provide me a paper about their “Backstory”. I give them a list of questions about their lives in three stages: 1). Early life up through Middle School, 2). Middle School through High School, and 3). Life now as a soon to be graduating senior. The purpose of this exercise is to help them find their true passion upon which they will base their new 100% online startup companies. The questions Michelle Kulp offer in her book are exactly the things they must answer for themselves. I’ll use many of the valuable lessons learned from reading this book in my students’ Backstory assignment. This is a great book worthy of its purchase price and the time it takes to read it. Thanks to the author for an outstanding job.Ron G. Cheek, PhD

Great “something to think about “ book!
This is a great book! Simple and easy to read, yet so profound at the same time! The chapters are short and very easy to read just a little or a lot if I have more time. I kept a journal with me as I read to answer the questions for myself, and I got more out of it.I love that she not only gives names of people she quotes, but often gives the name of the book she took it from as well. I have several books to read now thanks to this!!
