TrueCut TrueSharp Straight Cutter Quick Release 45mm Notion

Even with rotary cutters, I have some difficulty getting straight cuts. This cutter is designed to use with the same manufacturer's rulers, which have a raised track on each edge. The cutter is designed to ride along that track, to keep your cuts straight.Of course, that means you have to buy the ruler that goes with it, to get the most out of it. However, you can just use it with any regular ruler, if you are so inclined. This model can be used by a lefty or righty.Since A) I am a lefty and B) I take it to sewing classes where I may want to share it with my classmates, that is very handy. (pardon the pun)It isn't cheap, but for me, it's worth every penny.

Perfect for cutting fabric for quilts.

I had a ruler in my sewing room that I did not realize needed a special cutter. This cutter from Grace Co, I found out, goes with the ruler and it is great.

I thought it was a bit wobbley and hard to hold. Also overpriced.

I have a 60mm truecut rotary cutter that is perfect, but the 45mm rotary truecut every time I pick it up it falls apart

I use this to cut all of my cotton fabrics. I am amazed how precise the cuts are when using the rulers with special edge to hold part of the wheel keeps it straight. The cuts are easy with this rotary cutter.
