Great item! Don't understand the negative reviews. Assembled myself. Took just over 3 hours. Bit of fettling here and there but nothing major. Recommend pre drilling pilot holes before screwing together. Comes with all the screws etc. Was sent instructions via message, which are straight forward. Bought for my daughters birthday. Made it while she's at school, so she's yet to see it! Long delivery time, but that is shown when purchasing. Excellent customer service.

Avoid buying this. It had multiple parts missing. Came with the wrong instructions. It was very difficult to source instructions from the company. Their customer service is terrible. Different parts of the wood were split. There was nails stick out that had not been hammered in correctly. Save yourself the hassle and buy one from elsewhere. I wish I had listened to other reviews.

What an unexpected delight . This playhouse is so good solid and made to last years my bargain this Christmas . Great company to deal with .

Delivery came early, Delivery driver didn't get off the back of his waggon and just threw bits in to my front garden and slid the big bits over the fence. Didn't come with any instructions but they did send some over through PDF that wernt an exact match but we made do and aren't very clear in picture or in writing,It did take 2 of us and was built in the 4 hour time frame. Had bits of wood left over so we just used them where we felt it needed it. Screws didn't come numbered or separately wrapped they are all in one bag. I wouldn't say it's worth £300. Wood doesn't always line up very well either.

Wow what can I say, so many pieces wrong size, some parts missing. Ended up buying extra pieces of wood from B&Q to bodge it together. Wish we’d returned it 😢😢😢

We bought this for Christmas went up great a small hitch but corrected immediately

I bought this to house my two French giant lop.There were no instructions provided with this so I got a joiner to assemble it for me. The joiner found it easy enough although various parts to the house are not correctly sized.There was a 20cm gap between the top barn door and the bottom of the roof at the front. The joiner kindly fixed this for me by putting up a couple of strips of wood to cover.All in all it is a solid enough construction but the joiner had to do a lot of tweaking and adding to get the thing put together. Disappointing for the cost I think.It is good housing for the rabbits, especially with the barn doors and it will be great in the poorer weather without me having to mess around with hutch covers etc.

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday, come to assemble it over a week before her birthday, lots of missing parts and wrong size parts. No supports for the roofTold me to go and source the parts locally and send the receipts.The quality of the product is poor. Definitely not worth the money
