I have a Moultree fish feeder - that's another story, and NOT a 5-star product! It jammed constantly with other feed that was slightly larger diameter, mixed sink/float, and cheaper. With this product, never a single jam, even after a rain.It feeds a bit more than other feeds with larger diameter pellets when run the same amount of seconds, so adjust your feeder timing accordingly.Yes, it's about 50/50 float and sink. I live on Smith Lake in Alabama, and it attracts shiners, blue backed herring, catfish (huge ones!), bream, bass, and on and on.Pricey, but no complaints on quality or usability or effectiveness. I buy regularly now.

Not enough feed stores carry Purina do Zi buy direct from Amazon. Highest level of protein as a starter feed and is worth it if your maintaining stocked ponds.

I bought this fish food mainly to feed the fish in the pond where I golf. I mix it half and half with Koi food and the fish seem to go crazy over it. The fish are mainly bass. carp and perch and they all seem to love it.
