Hi Kate Heads up, I'm a customer, not a Skinny food co rep. It's pumpkin pie spice flavour. The main themes are cinnamon and cloves but with a hint of nutmeg. If you've ever had a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks, the flavour is similar and really good in my opinion. Try in cappuccino with cinnamon dusting. Hope this helps :)

How does this taste compared to monin's caramel syrup? (the regular version, not sugar free - monin's sugar-free is horrid.)

It tastes really nice, I've tried a bunch of different syrups and the Skinny is honestly the closest I've had between sugar-free and sugary.
