Best preference for puttu making
While surfing through internet, i found that black rice has less calories and high antioxidants. I used taru’s black rice flour to make Puttu and it came out delicious.I will definitely purchase this again.

High fiber, excellent taste
Compared with many other brands of kapali atta, I find Taru's kapali atta the closest to my requirement. Loads of good, healthy fiber and I find it must tastier too than other brands.

Game Changing Aata
This aata has been so good for me that I cant recommend this enough. I was supposed to reduce my gluten intake and I was never comfortable with Jowari / Naachni aata. Khapli aata makes rotis as soft as the original wheat aata rotis which is amazing, and it feels great on the gut as well. Highly recommend

This is not whole green moong powder. This is plain yellow moong powder....not so good for health.
