Waste of money
Really hard to assemble, waste of money, though they do look great, I gave up trying!

Hats too small and dirty marks inside
They were very small and tricky to put together. There were also dirty marks on almost all of the cardboard hats.They were unusable so had to go out and purchase other party hats. Disappointing purchase.
