If they send you the right one, SM-G981U, it will have an SD Card Slot in the SIM Card Tray. If they send you the wrong one, SM-G981V, it's a Verizon variant with less RAM and no SD Card Slot.

Is it at&t campatable ???

Yes it should be. It says it is unlocked and it supports almost all of the ATT service bands. ATT Bands are: 3G: 2,5 (frequencies 1900,850) 4G: 2,4,5,12,14,17,29,30,66 5G: 5,77,260 This phone is missing band 17 & 260 So overall you will have the same coverage as every other phone. You will not notice a difference in service compared to a brand new Samsung S22 made for ATT service.

The description says it does not support expandable memory. The s20 is supposed to support it. Does it support an sd card?

No. You have to make a choice with the S20. The unlocked version that has a storage slot but does not fully support Verizon 5g or the Verizon version that loses the card but fully supports the mmWave 5g.

Does the phone have the sd card slot?

No it doesn't. It is has been unlocked to use with any service provider but what they sent was The Samsung Galaxy s20 UW model which is a Verizon model that does not have the extra sd card slot for expandable memory, hence the Verizon start up screen and Verizon apps that were already downloaded to the phone.
