We love the door. However, the rough opening measurements listed in the specs are THE EXACT SIZE OF THE DOOR FRAME. So if you do order it allow a half in for the top & both sides for “rough-in”. Awesome looking door. Looks great on our new home. The container it was shipped it was very sturdy. Very well packaged.

The door set looks impressive but chips easily, but there are many installation issues.1. Door I received was NOT pre hung, had to be assembled, very difficult to keep total assembly square and plumb.2. Width of the door assembly is only 61 1/4" wide, USA standard width is 64" so the frame opening had to be reduced3. Door wide is actually 35 1/2" NOT 36" so if you wanted to a full view storm door, you need to order a customize $$$ storm door.Do NOT recommend this door because of 1,2,3 and the finish is easily chipped.

for the price .... dissappointed that there is no extension kit for jamb width's most walls on new construction are 2x6 thick... we bought this door and it is too narrow for wall... for big money you would think this company would provide the option.... very disappointed, now we have to contact the manufacturer to see about wider jamb kit...or make our own..
