This was stellar coffee. Chiapas is my favorite variety of bean and this did not disappoint. When it came it was clearly freshly roasted. I am a huge fan of the fact that it is organic. I didn't even notice when I ordered it that the profits go to charity. That was just a huge bonus. Thank you for the work you are doing to share amazing coffee and incredible values!

You might be able to get this for a lower price directly from GoBena's online store.Chiapas coffee is pretty much the best you can get.These beans have a strong aroma and flavor and kept fresh over the months it took me to brew it all. Unlike some other coffee bags this size, this one has a built-in wire tie that you can use to keep it sealed. No need to get a bag clip or transfer to a jar.

I feel grateful to have found this brand. We have been ordering 5# of beans every month for 6 months now: making a pot of coffee each morning. This coffee is rich, deep, and chocolatey: not at all bitter.. It's very much a win-win to have great organic coffee that also benefits orphan children.

There are many things I miss about Mexico and coffee is high on that list. Sure, it doesn't really touch the azure blue of the Caribbean or the deep clear waters of cinotes, but it is good stuff!There is an aroma with Chiapas coffee that just brings back great memories of vacation and the awesomeness that is Mexico. Doesn't matter if it is the gulf or Baja side, Mexico has good solid coffee.It's rich flavored, little to no bitterness, deep colored to hold back the light and just damn good.The price is outstanding and the quality is spot on.As long as they offer this, I will keep buying!

I absolutely love this coffee. I don’t eat sugar so I can taste the sweet flavor. I drink this coffee black, brewed as well as cold brewed. This coffee is great on my elderly stomach, so smooth & easy to digest. I understand it is partial shade grown, organic, no added flavors & one of the most popular coffees in Mexico. I absolutely love this coffee!!! and am hooked!!!

Just taste like any light medium roast from any country growing Arabica coffee beans. A little too acidic for my taste and does not taste as good as other Mexican coffees I've had and I'd return it if I could. — After I wrote this I decided to try to roast the coffee a little more. Lo and behold it became really good and less acidic. If this coffee was roasted just a little bit longer, it would be rather great tasting.

Best coffee for taste and price. Have to order it for my brother too! Mexican Chiapas is his favorite!
