25L Gaming Desktop PC, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 10th Generation Intel Core i5-10400F Processor, HyperX 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home (GT12-0020, 2020)

This computer makes a bit of noise as it runs through the day. It’s not overly loud but not as quiet as I’d like. The graphics are good for my gaming style and works great with my external hard drives. Overall a great buy, not top of the line, but does exactly what I need.

My 1st gaming comp; it's freaking amazing. Graphics are far beyond what I had before. Worked without a burp out of the box up to now, 5 weeks later. It could run cooler; I've read about these running too hot especially with the Ryzen cpu's - but I use MSI afterburner to ramp up fan speeds and temps are fine with the i5. Liquid cooling would be great but would bump the price.I couldn't be happier with this, and am having so much fum gaming it's ridiculous.*EDIT: This comp still works great 9 months later and I'm still happy. I write this just to say I bought mine for $899, 9 months ago, and now it's $1,290! Crazy.

Relatively quiet in terms of noise level, at least for a computer. Fans still makes some noise of course. Never used the tech support so I can't honestly say if it's of any use. As for gaming, I've been able to run Beam.NG drive in FHD at well over 60fps. Haven't actually measured the fuse, but no lag or stutter when driving very fast on the most intensive maps. Good looking computer, appears to be and feels well built, and this particular set up is pretty solid for the price. Only thing I changed is I added another 8gb stick of RAM, same kind and spec that's already in the computer. Computer arrived on time and unharmed. Overall my experience has been pleasant and trouble-free.

I had to spend half a day upgrading the BIOS, manually installing drivers and updating Windows.I had hoped that I could turn it on and everything would just work. No such luck, not even a working network adapter when it arrived.Good machine but shameful that they would ship it in such a non-functional condition.You get what you pay for.

Came from a cybertron that was so loud it bothered other people. I can barely hear this computer at me feet. you get five stars for that alone. everything else is working great 3 days in I'm very happy. games so far wow and Overwatch both run very well. Overwatch being the more hardware demanding of the two.

The setup was fast and simple I use it mainly for gaming and I’m able to run everything on max settings

I’ve heard people talking about the heat my isn’t that bad, but it does need two sticks of ram to play some game other then that pretty good

I purchased this PC about 2 months ago and ever since then it seems like every week I am experiencing more and more problems. I will be in the middle of gaming, or even just watching YouTube videos and the computer will shut down, attempt to restart itself multiple times, and then eventually kick back on. I've spent countless hours on phones with Amazon and HP Support and ever time, a solution is never found. I've updated windows, checked for driver updates. I ended up purchasing additional RAM which solved my solution for a period, but now again, same issues as before. I'm becoming exceptionally frustrated with this computer more and more each time I turn it on.
