Can this sink be counter mounted or just wall mounted?

Sure it could, it’s not designed for that but if you’re creative why not?

Hello, is the 13 inches from the faucet hole to the end or from the wall to the end of the sink the 13 inches?

from the wall to the front edge is 13-1/4 inch

How do you hang the sink I did not receive any instructions or any brackets or screws to hang the sink?

Mine came with 2 bolts. There are no instructions. You use 2 lag bolts with washers. It must bolt into a solid wall. If I recall correctly the holes are 5 inches apart and should of course be level to each other. There is some room for adjustment as the sink holes/slots in the back allow for it. I was remodeling so I installed wood backer between the studs. Basically I took two 1 x 6’s sandwiched together, one slightly longer than the other, notched both sides of the wall studs 3/4” and attached my bracket to the studs. This provides adequate support for the sink. Of course you don’t want to over tighten the lags.

What's the faucet hole size? What's the drain hole size?

I didn’t measure but standard industry size for both. Unless you’re trying to stick a kitchen faucet with sprayer it shouldn’t matter. Drain is industry standard set up for 1 1/4 drain.
