Tore after three usages. Quite unfortunate considering the stitching seemed solid and the neoprene seemed nice and thick and built to last. I also liked that the velcro would not rip up the elastic part of the belt, which was an issue with older belts. However, this belt is quite weak at the point where the velcro strap attaches to the neoprene and is easy to tear here. I did not even push it that hard, and I tore it by the third time I wore it (i.e. in about a weeks time, as I usually only wore this while weight lifting). This would have been a much better belt otherwise.[Update]From the courtesy of the seller, I was given a replacement belt. The belt I received seems to remedy my largest, most glaring issue with the initial belt I bought, which was the weak point between the neoprene and the velcro strap, with a more elastic design that should be less likely to tear. The replacement feels a little thin, especially compared to the first belt, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. What is important is that I can still get fair lumbar support where I need it. Overall, I consider this neoprene belt is a good value.

The belt seems to work well so far! I definitely sweat more with it on! I've only had it for a week, so I haven't seen a whole lot of difference yet, but plan to keep using it during all my work-outs. The velcro is easy to use and fits nicely and the inside wipes down pretty easy and there is no weird smell (as with some neoprene).

The belt itself is very wide in length, uncomfortable at time for me to use and bend since I do have a butt. It's longer than what I expected I guess I didn't really consider this when purchasing. Other than this belt is sturdy does work well and makes me sweat. It is of great quality and do use it at time in gym during workout.

The packaging and directions for this waist trimmer belt was professional. Originally I thought the product was going to be stiff due to the stock photo looks. When the product arrived at my place and I put it on. It was very surprising to me that the belt was flexible enough while it supported my back. The flexible material wrapped around my waist like a glove. I decided to go to Planet Fitness as I do 4-6 times a week. As I was leaving my driveway in the car, I could feel my lower stomach getting hot. I thought the other reviews were fabricated, but they were telling the truth about your stomach feeling a lot hotter than the rest of your body. I went on the arch trainer and whichever incline I used, the band was flexible enough to move with my natural body movement. You may have to adjust the band as it may slip during your workouts. The stomach sweat is the cause of this and I don't mind fixing it because you actually know its working. I did my normal weight lifting routine and it seemed to be supporting my lower back without limiting my body movement. I have been looking for something that has supports my back and is able to help with losing excess stomach fat. I am 6' and 165 pounds and ordered a medium. I would definitely recommend and would order this product again.

Bought this product to keep a diatasis Recti problem from getting worse. This occurs when the fibrous band holding the left and right sections of the abdominal muscles begins to stretch. (Causes- pregnancy and in my case old age) In addition to keeping my back warm and supported the adjustable belt allows me to still perform recommended stomach muscle exercises without worrying about further stretching the fibrous band.11/27/18 This is an update of a previous review. I was sorely disappointed after a couple of months of use had passed and found that the Velcro was defective and kept slipping loose. I had written a review revising my original star rating and expressing how disappointed I was. I was contacted by a company rep who said that the belt may have experienced a production problem. I was offered a complete refund which I accepted and a discount code which essentially allowed me to purchase another belt at almost no cost. I was kind of wary, but when Amazon offered free shipping for the holidays I took a chance and re-ordered. I am glad I did. Not only did I receive the belt in a couple of days, but after using it I am completely satisfied. I can't express my astonishment that in this day and age there are still companies that go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Thank You. This is a company that you can trust.

After 2 uses, I noticed a black dust on my skin. After 6 uses, there was even more. The material that touches the skin disintegrates, leaving black dust on your skin and clothes.Also, you don't sweat more using this than by not using it. The sweat that accumulates between it and your skin is mostly from sweat that travels down from your upper body when you exercise.

This product is wonderful in every aspect that I was looking for. It is not bulky or too wide, and is very comfortable to wear. The material is a much better quality than most of the competitors out there. I have tried a few different brands and I can honestly say this is the best. I wear it every day at work to improve my posture because I sit for long periods of time. I can highly recommend this product to anyone who was looking for a waist trimming belt for everyday use.
