Q: Are these straps latex free?

Works well! I replace mine every few months.

Q: Will these work on the n30 mask?

It might fit an Airfit n30. Mine is an Airfit p10, and when I locked up the n30, the way the headgear attaches looks the very same.

Q: Are the straps same as the oem straps? I’ve found the oem straps to be too tight and am looking forward to an adjustable alternative that is larger

I find that the rear split portion of the strap is too small and slides off my head. The strap is a good length; however, if you want to tighten the strap the clip slips and doesn't hold the band. I liked the original band much better.
