Started taking these tablets a month ago as did some research into female hormones and how these help regulate female hormones before and during menopause. These are a perfect strength 400mg of red clover extract with 20% isoflavones. No issues taking these, I take one capsule on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and feel great. The size of capsule Is great too, I can swallow them easily and there is no strange smell or after taste. Seem to be working too as feel much better using these. Some of the other supplements on the market are lower dose but this one is the perfect doze. Highly recommended

Using for menopause symptoms. Hot flushes (I'd been getting a dozen a day) stopped completely in a week. Bad joint pain has also eased considerably. I'd go on taking these just for those benefits alone, but I've been on them less than 3 weeks, so there may be more improvements to come. Capsules have a pleasant herbal smell when you open the packet. Easy to swallow, no taste. Very good price.UPDATE: Sadly, my symptoms were quite bad, and I've eventually had to go onto HRT. But I don't want to remove even one star for the red clover, because it worked very well for 6 months even in my case, and was still working to some degree even at the end. I'd urge anybody to give this a try first, because if your symptoms are milder than mine, it may well be enough for you. Improvement in hot flushes was my most noticeable difference. Very good product.

Didn’t work for me. Waste of money

Just purchased my second batch. The higher strength definitely keeps the hot flushes at bay.I was offered HRT but preferred the natural route for now.

Have brought this for my husband who has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He did not want the hormones offered by the hospital and the red clover apparently chokes the cancer as well as normalises his hormones. He is taking essiac tea too but looks better than he has done so I’m assuming this is helping him.
