Works Well...
I own Milwaukee ½ inch heavy duty driver drill (model 0616-20) with 14.4 Volt batteries. It came with two NiCd batteries that I replaced with two new batteries back in March of 2008. It has always been a little irritating that NiCd batteries loose charge without use, and start slowing down before they quit. When compared to my newer Li-ion powered drills, the performance is unacceptable. Well, the batteries died (at the same time of course) and I was looking at spending $100 to replace them, so I thought, well, I should buy another brand new Li-ion drill. Having multiple drills is a wonderful luxury in the shop. It saves a lot of time by eliminating setup.By chance, I noticed that the Milwaukee battery charger that came with the drill is a "universal" model for 12-18 Volts and that it worked with NiCd and NiMH batteries. I did a quick search for 14.4 Volt NiMH batteries and found this ExpertPower 14.4 Volt 3000 mAh that promised to be compatible. I bought one.It is compatible. It charges with my charger. It powers the drill better than the NiCd batteries ever did. It lasts longer than NiCd. It quits promptly, rather than slowly getting weaker. It weighs 1 oz less than the NiCd battery it replaces, but it maintains the balance of the drill. I was so happy, I bought a second battery.UPDATE 14 APR 2014:The second battery has arrived. The quality seems to be there except for the labeling. The batteries are Chinese Manufactured 3000 mAH NiMH, but on the outside of the case the only markings are"MIL14.4V=3.0Ah" and the case is all black plastic. This is different than the first battery I received from ExpertPower, which has a light-gray colored case top, 14.4 Volt label on the side, and clear nomenclature on the bottom of the battery. I am a bit concerned that recycling the battery pack eventually might be a problem. At any rate, the new battery pack charges properly and runs the drill properly. I have added my own label to keep me from getting confused in a few years--and to inform the recycling center eventually.Update: The first battery pack still works great, over a year later, but the second, unlabeled, battery pack has failed. It never lasted as long as the first. Turns out two of the cells started leaking and a third is only putting out about half the voltage. So, I guess it is 50-50 chance of a good one. I still need another battery, so I will buy a new one but I will charge and test it immediately for at least one full cycle.

How long it lasts intact.
Excellent price - it fits - looks well made - do not know how long it lasts and continues to recharge because I have not really put it to the test with a major project yet. I am taking it to Maine in the spring of 2022 to build shelves in my new shed. That will tell the tale. Stay tuned. If all goes well I will order two more to make sure I have plenty of power when I need it most. Thank you, Len Williams

It'll do
My 14.4 v drill grew legs and walked away years ago but i still have the light and charger but no battery. I figured since i hung on to it this long i might as well give this battery a try just to have an extra flashlight on hand. All i can say is it shipped fast, and had enough charge to light the flashlight immediately. After fully charged and sitting on a shelf for a couple weeks it still light the flashlight. I cant rate longevity yet except that it has held a charge this long. For my purpose i feel it is well worth it.

Battery!!!
Couldnt believe the price of original product so I bought this aftermarket brand. Seems to be doing well. Just keep them off the charger when not in use.

14 V Milwaukee batteries
These seem like they’re good batteries they do work. They are the strong as the originals and we do stick trying to get them on and off the tools but being there but all you can get they do work well.
