I am loving this air purifier. I have a cat and was tired of coming home and smelling litter box (which I clean EVERY day and wash at least once a month). I set this guy up about 3 feet from the box, leave it on the "3" setting all the time, and NEVER smell anything anymore. I've even asked other people to make sure I'm not just used to the smell and they don't smell anything either. I barely notice the noise on the 3 setting, anything higher you can definitely hear. The ability to make the air smell better was my goal, and the air in my home actually being healthier is an added bonus! Love this purifier and highly recommend!Update: Just changed the HEPA filter after 6 months of use and have included a picture of the used one (on the right). They are pure white when new (left). This thing is definitely keeping some junk out of my lungs! Continue to be very happy with it.Update #2: After being sick for WEEKS with congestion, cough, etc and being unable to kick it after multiple doctor visits and meds, I discovered a serious mold problem in my bedroom closet. I brought this guy into the bedroom while waiting for the mold killer I ordered to arrive. Left in on “3” 24/7, and ran the UV setting for an hour a day; by the third day I was feeling probably 70-80% better. I could actually sleep without waking up coughing and was much less congested. This was the only change I had made at that point (it took about a week for the mold killer to arrive). I loved it before, but now I am 100% certain this improves the air quality in my home!

Love these. Have one in every room. Theyre quiet and super effective. The amount of dust they collect is amazing when you look at the filter. Om high the act as a noise machine, and one click down is pretty quiet.

This is one great air cleaner for the price.I have severe allergies, especially to particulate matter. We live in a rural area, and harvest season can be miserable.I have two Blue Air air cleaners and one Beyond air cleaner. The filters for these units cost over $100 for each unit. The units are all large and require a lot of space around them to work properly.I bought this air cleaner for the bedroom, since the Blue Air unit didn’t work well in there due to lack of space. This unit is 1/4 the size and fits perfectly. Also, the filters for this cost $20. Quite a savings.This air cleaner works as well as the other three, for much less money, in much less space. Highly recommend.

I've been running this nearly every day since mid-August (2018) for about 4-8 hours each day, without issue. Since using, I feel I'm noticing a little less dust (overall) throughout the house, even though the unit is not centrally placed within the home, but is in a bedroom, instead.As a bit of preventive maintenance (to stretch the life of the filter) I've vacuumed the black pre-filter three times and am amazed at how much airborne debris has gathered on it.Most importantly I've found the noise level to be very quiet and acceptable on speeds 1-3. (The unit is in my bedroom, about 8 feet from my bed and I tend to sleep with it on 2. The sound frequency it emits I've not found to be offensive at all, to my surprise...a bit like background white noise.)The unit I purchased is a glossy white finish and in addition to the small footprint of this model, aesthetically it has a very subtle, sleek and clean appearance with simple to use, blue LED illuminated controls.I couldn't be more happy with this purchase...highly recommended!!

I like the look of this unit and it's very easy to use. I also find it to be relatively quiet, at least up through setting 4 (it is loud on its top setting, 5). But, I don't think it does very much for my actual air quality. Some impact on odors in the air, but minimal to no impact at all on dust. In fact, I think it aggravates the dust problem I have. I have it running constantly and the filters don't seem to have picked up much. Disappointed, but keeping it anyway. It does help circulate air, so it's basically an expensive fan that does help a bit with odors, as I said. But would not be likely to buy again.Update: I tried running this more often at a higher setting (4) and I did start to notice a lot more dust getting caught in the charcoal filter. The Hepa filter still seems as clean as day one, but at least I can see that larger dust particles are being trapped! Upped my star rating from 3 to 4 as a result.

I have purchased these for both of my office settings as well as my bedroom. They all run perfectly. The price of the HEPA filter is a little steep but you don't need to replace them more than twice a year. I like that it has a UV light in it. I'm not sure how often to replace them but usually once a year I get to it. It has never signaled me on the top of the unit that it needs replacing. I did have my oldest unit blink that the HEPA filter needed to be changed. I change the filter although it was only six months. Could not figure out how to get the red blinking light to stop. I looked online and it said to press the timer button, but this unit did not have a timer. I emailed the manufacturer and they got back to me within a day and told me that I needed to press the UV light and hold it for five seconds. Worked like a charm. I really appreciate it is an excellent product and well-made as far as my experience goes. It also wraps the package and puts a bow on it when the manufacturer knows the product and can answer a question so quickly. I have recommended this unit to a number of other people.

We previously had the AC4825W model and decided to purchase a new purifier because the AC4825W model was very annoyingly loud. So glad we did. This new model is SO quiet on setting 3 (of 5). Once you turn it up to 4 and 5 it gets a tad louder, but no where near the screeching sound of the AC4825W model. I highly recommend this model.
