I never got the USB cable included on the package.I took my dog to the beach a few days ago she went on the water collar work fine.I been trying to charge it with other USB cable since I never got the one that suppose to come on the package and light doesnt work.Not too happy with product i spent almost 40 bucks :(

Think Twice about buying this one.
After trying a few different collars I was hoping this was going to be the one that would last. I purchased the Brite Strike in April 2016 and used it only at night for a quick last pee. In October 2016 it would not charge any longer and I wanted to just replace the rechargeable battery only to find it is not replaceable. I emailed Brite Strike about a new battery and said they have no replacement, and it only has a 30 day warranty that it must have gotten WET.. My dog Sandy never swam with the collar on and we do not send her out in the pouring rain and the collar still looks brand new. But they would be glad to SELL me another collar. Think twice about buying this one.

Used to be better.
I had an older version of their solar dog collar and used it daily for many years, I loved the old model. It broke last winter and I got new one expecting the same quality. The new one is horrible. It barely made it through one walk. It was too late to return, so, I was stuck.

Terrible on/off switch design
Terrible on/off switch design! If your dog plays hard and/or is active or plays with other dogs or wears a shock collar also, he or she will turn it on or off. Save your money and buy a $20 led collar, coming from a guy that lives Alaska. I used a cheap collar all winter and it lasted through late March.

The strobe function is a great added feature
My dog would disappear into the darkness of my half acre yard ,now with the Brite Strike collar can track my dog from the my back door also this collor is very much visible while walking the dog . The strobe function is a great added feature,I recommend this collar for the safety of your dog.
