I had to replace my door hardware since my deadbolt lock broke. I like the look of this set, so I thought I'd replace both the front and back door hardware. Installation was pretty straightforward, but there was only on long screw to secure the deadbolt lock instead of the two needed. Checked the other set - same problem! So looks like I will have to use the screw from the second set to complete the front door installation. Not such a great deal after all! Hopefully I can find another one of those screws at the hardware store!Update: I was contacted by the vendor who told me to check the hardware because the two “ missing” screws were screwed in. I was able to complete the installation. This hardware is OK but definitely feels on the cheap side.

Before using this brand, I had to exchange the door knob 2 to 3 times due to the knob getting loose and not working properly,This brand kept me going for almost a year so far and it's still sturdy and working good =)

Installed them November 2024, is now March 2025 and the handle locks are all not working. You can have them in lock position and still open the door from both sides. The deadbolts seem to be working just fine. I bought them so they would all be keyed the same. Now I will have to replace all four sets. Too bad they look really nice and were easy to install.

I bought the twin pack and was pleased when I saw them. We are in the process of building our forever home and so we started buying things that we liked. I installed the first one and the plunger on the handle just fell apart into 5 pieces , so I got the other one from the other box and that one worked but the handle when it was locked you could push down and it would open so that set was a piece of crap. Since it has been 3 months since we had purchased they would not help me at all. If you want a good product then please don’t buy this product that is made in China and don’t do business with these people because they don’t care about their customers at all. Bobby C. From Texas

Looks perfect but broke within a year and locked me out of my house in the middle of a blizzard. Had to wait for a locksmith to come pick it 😩. I bought these specifically for the handicapped accessibility and it is perfect for my husband who has had a stroke and doesn’t have use of his hand.

I'm forced to replace another (very similar) Schlage lock that was installed 7 years back, only because it was made with cast white metal on the interior parts. Because of this the screw mount just snapped off suddenly. I'm not a fan of stamped parts, but this never would have happened with them.It turns out that this one is a stamped internal parts set, so hopefully I won't have to deal with this again.The fact that this was so inexpensive, and is of decent quality makes it a great value. The finish is excellent, and it actually feels nice in your hand as you use it. Since the deadbolt was only an additional $5.00 (roughly) over just the handle lockset I'd say this is a great deal.Recommended.
