Q: can this spray from any angle?

Yes. The pipe inside is made of soft silicone and is also weighted. This means it moves as you move at all angles. I love using mine, saved me from a lot of hassle when I spray neem oil on my plants to manage the little pesky bugs.

Q: Are the seals alkali resistant?

No idea !! I bought 2, both faulty, what's alkali and seals when the item doesn't work

Q: Battery life.not sure about this.with 2 decent alkaline batteries how long is the run time.appreciate all help

Sorry but I think you have a different model from me as mine doesn't require batteries.
