Handy addition to my pump supplies
I would recommend buying an additional container ASAP. Its handy to have one ready or on hand as backup for when I forget to clean the used one out.

LOVE THIS
In many ways I credit my Willow for a while I’m still breast-feeding And why I will continue when I go back to work. This system is so easy to use, and the reusable collection piece makes it all that much better. This item is super easy to use, take apart, clean and use again. I initially got the 24MM Because that’s what willows measuring told me I needed. However, I noticed pumping was incredibly painful And I wasn’t producing as much as I thought I should be. I then ordered the 27mm and noticed pumping was much more comfortable in my production had increased. I would tell anyone who has a Willow that they have to have this as well, because it makes the pumping experience so much easier.

Leaked and ruined my NEW 3.0 Willow Pump
I purchased a Willow 3.0 Pump on April 26 (less than a month ago) and had used the Willow bags without any issue. However, the replacement bags were backordered so until I could receive more bags to use, I ordered the reusable container to use in the interim. I used it one time after carefully watching the instruction videos and reading the manual and ensuring that the dials were set appropriately and everything was sealed and after my one pumping session, I noticed both pumps were wet due to the containers leaking. I cleaned out the pump and set it upright to dry, unplugged from the charger, etc. as recommended through Willow support and it still would not turn on and the buttons would not work at all. I did multiple hard resets and waited 24 hours and still nothing. My $500 pumps that are less than a month old are now ruined thanks to these containers. I do not recommend at all. Stick to the bags.

Once you learn how to make them work, they are good…
UPDATE:After getting constant errors with these things I joined a pumping support group where I found a lot of useful tips in making these things work. I really wanted these to work because the Willow 3.0 has a lot of good features that NO other pumps have including tracking output through the app and an Apple Watch app with controls. So I kept trying to make these to work so I could use these convenient features. I learned to wipe the flap area on the pour spout with a qtip when I get the “flush through container valve” error. That fixed the problem and I haven’t had an issue since! Remember to turn to dial 2 when you’re about to flip to finish. You can also pause pumping and put the dial on 2 if you need to bend over in order to prevent milk leaking. These pumps and containers are quite an investment that take a lot of learning but once you get them to work they are life changing. I’m getting more output than ever before even after returning to work.*****Old Review*****The Willow pump should have come with a container that allows you to pump and reuse it but instead it came with bags so you need to buy these things to pump into a container. Don’t waste your time or money on these containers or the Willow pump itself!I’m constantly getting errors about the seal and flex tubes. Some days it works perfectly all day. Other days it just decides not to work at all. Twice I’ve gotten an error saying the container was all full with an absurd amount of milk, when it was completely empty. One day I pumped for the full time and both containers were empty despite feeling the suction the entire time. The rare times I did collect some milk it was far less than what I could have collected from my Elvie Stride, Medela Harmony, or a Haaka. About 3 oz in total. And no matter what I did milk always ended up being wasted.Don’t waste your milk, money, or time!

One of the two containers is faulty
Container is faulty. I have been late to work because of trying to make it work. I am ready to quit pumping because it’s been such a nightmare. Amazon won’t let me return because ai purchased too long ago, but I just started using it a week ago. .

2nd failure in less than 3 months
I’m having issues with my containers causing malfunctions in which my pump inaccurately senses the milk volume. Then it either shuts down early thinking it’s full, or tells me I’ve pumped 40 oz from a single breast! 😳After replacing the first container failure (at 1.5 months) out of pocket, I’m now contacting willow to see if they’ll help me fix or replace this second failed one.I use containers to save money instead of willow’s special bags. I may have to switch to willow’s bags since it is too expensive to keep replacing the containers earlier than the recommended 3 months.

Love these containers!
Love the containers more than the bags- less errors. The containers are leak proof if you do not bend over! I started with the expensive bags for the first month and continued to have error have to error if the bag was not inserted correctly. Switched to the containers and wish I had started with these. No errors at all and make life much more simple!

Yes
Not leak proof if you bend over to touch your toes but keep your chest up and bend at the knee to get whatever it is is the preferred way. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Great suction. I love it.
