These trains are so fun. They fit perfectly on the BRIO tracks. They’re magnetic, so the yellow one (with the battery) pulls along the other two cars. The coal car tips side to side as it moves, and the cement car’s drum mixer rotates as it moves, which makes it fun and realistic.So good at this price point! Would recommend.

I am way more impressed with this train than I expected to be! I didn't realize when I bought it that it would actually work on his wooden train tracks. That has made it a HUGE hit. It's easily his favorite train. With fresh batteries, it's strong enough to pull not only the two cars it comes with (which also have movement), but can pull other cars as well.Only a couple of small negatives. It's very quiet when it runs. Most probably think that's a positive, but I would prefer it to give a little more noise so I can locate it when the toddler has left it on. Also, the switch is a little tough for him to work because it has to be in the middle to be off. I think he'll get the hang of it eventually, but in the meantime mom will need to help.

Pretty great little train. It will pull a few cars behind it, but has issues getting up hills with more weight. The coal car that rocks and cement car which rolls are cute touches. My only confusion is why they didn't power it with a AA vs a AAA. Also, save your sanity and buy rechargeable AAA batteries for this. You'll be switching them out daily.

Ordered two days ago as a late birthday surprise for my son, since the battery operated Thomas engines we bought him for his birthday wanted to crawl off his wooden train table instead of staying on the tracks. Turns out that he's just come down with strep throat and is not feeling well at all- this instantly put a smile on his face as soon as he saw it, and it's running perfectly on the tracks of his kidkraft train table! This is the first he's been out of bed all day, and though I know he won't play long today, I can see that this little engine is going to become a favorite. 2 year old grandson lived this battery run engine. When attached to the engine, the other two cars also had moving parts, for example. the car with the cement barrels turned. Fits on tracks of other toy train sets

This brand is super sturdy and my 3 year old grandson just loves this! It's been great to add on pieces for different occasions. You won't be disappointed.

Goes through a new battery every day. Cool toy but after the third day in a row replacing the battery, we gave up. Seems like battery needs to be replaced after a couple hours of use.
