First of all, the overall quality of the bench is top notch. Assembly was quite easy, all parts were included, partial assembly of the seats and back puts you ahead of the game. Once assembled, this bench is beautiful, well-built and will last for many years. We are looking forward to using it by our firepit this fall.

I don’t really know why some people have negative stuff to say about this brand to be honest. They make high end wooden products affordable. I have some expensive rocking chairs that match this bench and I absolutely could not afford the bench. This blends in great aesthetically and I have had at a minimum 7 kids on and off of this thing and at birthday parties and it’s held up to the use. The table in between is fantastic. Also, every time I think up a product in my head and go hunting to buy it, Outsunny seems to have already made it.

All parts shipped great and nothing missing. I was skeptical because of the reviews. On review they stated screws were too short so I bought 1 5/8” screws and wood glue. The bench went together very well with longer screws.Did not have a problem with type of wood. Very sturdy and nice looking bench. I will buy another.

Yes some of the screws are a lil short but I bought som ss screws to use. It’s great!

This came well packed with somewhat helpful assembly instructions and diagrams. The included screws are not long enough to compensate for sloppy joints. I will have to add some longer screws. The back, main load bearing log came with a full length crack, which I will have to brace somehow. The tip of one of the frame poles broke, with no assistance from me, during assembly. Wood glue to the rescue. The wood quality is very bad. The design is nice, though and looks good next to my adairondak chairs. I like the raw wood (unfinished) because I can stain it to match my chairs. I will have to put extra money and effort into this bench to compensate for the cheap wood and sloppy joints.

We love it. Easy to assemble, great for the two of us and great value.

The bench looked good, rustic, but the assembly was iffy because the hardware (short screws) would not take hold, too short... I had to buy longer screws to finish the assembly...Quality control was totally lacking, some of the pieces had cracks the full length of the anchoring piece where the screws were suppose to go in, slats were loose for the same reason, the screws did not grab...On the positive side the instructions were very good and bench is comfortable...

Easy to set up very nice and comfortable.
