I bought this for wor lass and she loves it.The only downside is that she keeps showing me her yoga moves in the house (when the footy is on).It is just a foam block, but it seems like a quality product and the prints add some elegance to it.The tapered edges are a nice touch too... not sure if there is a functional reason for them?

I love yoga blocks. As a yoga teacher, they can be a great tool in helping people to experience deeper postures and more "correct" positioning. (An example would be in a runner's lunge--some people simply have short arms. Blocks under the hands can decrease crunching of the chest and give a better stretch to the legs.)The blocks in particular are so sweet looking--and just as sturdy as any other Gaiam block. Love them!

would recommend this to anyone starting out with Yoga. It support you well and looks good too. what more can you ask for

Subtle and light weight.

I use this as part of my yoga workout and it is a very good addition. It is sturdy and helps you get a better stretch. Love the color and design it matches my yoga mat. If your thinking of getting blocks to add to your routine I recommend this one. You will not be disappointed.

A bit overpriced. Went to Marshall’s I saw a pack of two for $8.99. Lesson learned… I should try leaving the house.

These are nice, well made block. My instructor liked the colors also. No complaints or concerns. Highly recommend.
