Q: How many seed drums are included with the purchase of the 5 row planter?

In total 20 pcs of drums are included, 5 will be already installed to the seeder, and an additional 15 pcs will be in the set.

Q: Anybody know if this product is any good and worth the money? Wanna plant collards and cabbage seeds with it

This seeder needs very fine and fairly compacted soil in order to work well. If you use compost, it will easily get clogged up. The wheels inside the seeder also tend to have fairly large holes so small seeds like collards will end up dumping a lot so you will need to do a lot of thinning. I guess it’s ok for the money but I returned mine and spent the money for a better precision seeder.

Q: Will this plant oats, wheat, and barley? And will it plant seed one half inch deep through 1.5 inches deep?

I don't think you will want to use this for those types of seeds because of the seed's oblong shape. Use a seed drill, broadcaster, or just hand broadcast them yourself and then rake or disc the soil over the seeds
