Yes it is a bit expensive for a camera body cap, but, yes this is the part I say it is worth it, it is worth for few reasons. First it is well made, no other camera body cap comes close. It also clicks into place like a camera lens would. At the end of the day it is a camera body cap, but it is distinct and makes your camera stand out, or at least to you.

If you can spare the cash, these camera body caps are great — sturdy, perfect fit, attractive. I love that they click into place like a lens. I have them for Sony, Fuji, and Olympus.

Overpriced but I won't take a star for that. I knew what I was getting into. This locked beautifully on the front of the camera.

This really is more of an aesthetics thing for your camera and having an oem sony sensor cap is just as good. BUT, this thing looks awesome when you dont have your lens on lol.

The media could not be loaded. Clean, solid build and quality material finish, unfortunately, the unit I received did not connect to the camera body as would be expected: once locked into place onto the camera body, the entire cap is loose and jiggles (see video). The fit is NOT snug and tight, as with a typical mounted lens. I suspect this will allow dust to enter the camera, defeating the whole purpose of a body cap. I will be returning this purchase.
