When my old over stove mounted microwave broke down. I went shopping and decided that this one would be the best for me. It has been working like a champ and the controls are common sense and intuitive. I have had no regrets purchasing this oven.

My husband just installed the slim microwave. It took some time to install properly. When he got it done, it was very handsome. All the The lights and buttons worked. After I use it for a while and see how it lasts, I will write an in-depth review.

Check the reviews and was very happy with what I saw. Couldn’t wait to get the microwave. I had previously bought a stove exhaust fan but when I saw this, I had to get it extremely happy. It looks like it belongs with my stove!!!

Nice unit. Very heavy. Make sure you have a good cabinet to hang it to. I had a 24 inch range and installed it above it.The vent fan works great and the light is also very good. It is a good option for the money.

Purchased this unit 2.21.24 as part of a kitchen reno. Immediately after installation it may have a faulty door sensor since the internal light is usually on even when the door is closed and you must slam the right corner of the door to get the unit to even power on. CS responded promptly but expects to me to pay someone to uninstall it and send it back to them for repair and then after they repair and return it I can then pay the same installation guy for a third time to re-install it. Or I can pay a local appliance repair man to diagnose the problem, contact them for a part, and then pay that same repair man to replace the part. They are refusing to replace my unit with a replacement unit. And any solution they have would cost me substantially extra $$$ out of my own pocket to be able to use the brand new unit I purchased.I would NOT recommend this unit. As you can see from other reviews there’s a high likelihood of receiving a less than perfect unit and you absolutely cannot count on customer service to replace a unit that costs top dollar but is faulty out of the box.

I’ve had this for about three weeks now and I like the sleek look as well as the functionality. A feature that I really like is that you can hit a number on the keypad without having to push the start button, i.e. push “2” and it will just start cooking for two minutes. Amazon commenters had a problem with the “done” beeper that continues until you open the door but I actually like that feature. I didn’t like the bright white LED down lights because they didn’t match the warmth of my counter lighting and the lights are NOT changeable so I solved the problem with putting colored filters in the LED light compartments and now it looks great. Also, because the door is so wide, I had an issue with the edge of the door hitting my cabinet handle when I open it fully so I have to either open the cabinet door before I open the microwave door or, open the microwave door only partially (which is enough to get the items in and out of the oven). Over all, at least as of now, I’m glad I chose this oven.ADD 10/31/24: I would have paid as much as $100 more if this had a backlit button panel.
