This product was recommended to me by a family member. We were both trying to conceive and I didn’t realize how important progesterone is for pregnancy. I had a miscarriage in October. Started using those post miscarriage consistently and received another positive pregnancy test in January. This time around my progesterone levels have been really good, and I’m thanking this for that!

I’ve been using this for several months and loved it for insomnia, really changed my life. The new formula is worthless. Sleepless for nights in a row, resolved with switching to a different brand of progesterone. Not sure what happened but this new formula is much thinner and doesn’t work. Hope they go back. Would not recommend the new stuff.

I have been using Dr. Platt's Progesterone for 2 years now. I get it from my doctor but recently moved out of state. When I buy from my doctor, it has never smelled bad and has always toned down or eliminated my hot flashes and mood swings. Since buying this on Amazon and using for a week hot flashes have returned and the smell turns my stomach (supposed to be scentless). Please do not buy this from Amazon. Buy directly from Dr Platt's website or from your doctor.

Works great

This has worked for me and I like being able to adjust the dose and experiment with what is right for me. Oral progesterone caused me horrible weight gain, this, not so much.

After watching several doctor videos regarding the benefits of progesterone and having a zoom conversation with a hormone specialist, I decided to give it a try, mainly to reduce cortisol levels caused by adrenaline. This product is my second attempt. Both times it resulted in a weird tingling throughout my body. While most medical sites do not list this as a side effect, one site I came across did. It has to do with declining estrogen during menopause. My guess is that progesterone could cause a further decline triggering this effect. It’s not because the product itself was off otherwise. If you’re menopausal age, it might have a similar impact. I wish Amazon had a ‘not applicable star’ or ‘unrated star’ that was colored differently so incidents like this could be reported but not affect the overall rating of the product.

I use this product every evening (a friend told me about it) and I think it’s helping with my hormone levels.

The product itself works fine. I have three issues with the packaging. The first is that there is not a window on the bottle so that the user can tell how much is left and so to know when to get more. The second issue is that it claims to be unscented but lists essential oils in the ingredients. The EOs would make the product scented.... The third issue is the lack of identifying the EOs on the labels. This makes it difficult for those with allergies and those taking medications where certain EOs would be contraindicated. But, the cream itself works as it's supposed to.
