Serves its purpose well for my air purifier

I know this is just wick replacements, but I included a review of the humidifier as well since we bought it from another store but really like it!The room our baby sleeps in is above our garage and even though we have taken measures to improve the room comfort, better attic insulation, zone AC system with thermostat in his room, can in garage to pull heat off ceiling, insulating garage door, and garage ceiling and walls were already fully insulated, his room still gets fairly warm. With the air running so often it pulls a lot of moisture out of the air in there so this has come in very handy.The assembly was very easy, it was practically ready to go out of the box, just add water to the tank. Filling it with water is extremely easy since there’s a separate canister that pulls out to fill and slides in. No taking anything apart or lugging around big parts. The humidity options are great. We always leave it on 45 and auto. I’ve found that we can normally get a good week out of each refill at those settings. When it is running it is VERY quiet. The only complaint would be there’s no way to turn off the control panel lights. I covered it up in the beginning because it distracted him. It doesn’t seem to bother him anymore so it’s no longer covered.One trick is when you first fill it up, put the water canister in. You will here water emptying out of it, that’s because the water is stored in the main body to be evaporated. That initial fill, or if you completely empty it, takes a decent amount of water out of the canister. So you can immediately take it back out, go fill it back up, and that will give you an extra couple days before refilling it.When you do have to refill it, the canister lights up blue making it very obvious. It’s nice because there is still a little water in there when it’s lets you know it needs more, so it will still run longer even after that light comes on.Recently replaced the wick/filter for the the second time. Very easy to replace! The body of the unit lifts up to easily expose the filter and water storage. Lift our old one and slide in new one.I’ve found that this doesn’t get nearly as dirty as some other types of humidifiers, even though I got lazy after the beginning and starting using sink water instead of distilled water. If you have very had water though you’d definitely run through filters quicker, but luckily our water is pretty good.Al in all this unit is wonderful. I’d buy another one for our bedroom as it’s the best working one I’ve used and the features are perfect and not complicated.
