No it's one ply blanket. But SOLARON made long fur material so you can see almost same design patterns on other side too.

Q: Are they made of acrylic or polyester or acrylic/polyester mix? if acrylic then its made in korea, if polyester then in vietnam

100% polyester, made in Vietnam.

Q: How does this one compare to the ultra plush version? Is one softer than the other and also is this very soft on both sides or is 1 side not as soft?

I dont know bout the ultra plush verion but both side are very soft one side is definitely warmer than the other
