Buyer beware is what the the account Business Manager at Amazon told when he refunded $150 on this non code complaint equipment that is wired for South Asia not for the Us. This equipment does not come wired with a ground. The wiring to boot is not 220 but is 500 watt, with NO ground wire. Which given a whole range circumstances given that this was designed as a wet well steam table could actual electrocute and kill somebody. The company that made this told me “to put have my electrical guy put in a safety switch”. My electrician who is been in the business 47 years and is a retired fire captain that this equipment should not even be allowed to be sold in the United States. I had to pay my Electrician a $1000 to rewire this equipment so that I can pass my final inspection tomorrow. Amazon doesn’t care if this equipment kills someone, I will contacting both state and federal agencies about this product. Hopefully they will take action where Amazon won’t. Once rewired with grounded 220 watt wire it workers great, thou!

Item fit description properly

When I ordered this product I did not know it was not wired to plug in to a socket. We have tried to make this item fit our needs but it will not. I have even had an electrician look at it. All the writing on the item is in Chinese so we can not work with it. No service manual was sent with item. To send item back we need a crate as the crate that it came it fell apart when we opened it to put it together. I also want to know if there is a product similar and close in price that we can order in its place. Also can you provide a phone number that I can call and speak with someone.

The Food Warmer does not have a serial number nor does it comes with any instructions or owners booklet. Shown it has one electrical cord but receiving it, it as two electrical 240v cords. Ridiculous for 5 warming element to have two cords. One with three and one with two.
