After looking for a cleaver style knife I found this and the quality is that of a much more expensive knife. Great fit in the hand and nice weight. Would recommend!

This cleaver is decent but could be a bit sharper. It doesn’t cut through pumpkin gourds very well. It also requires a little skill in trimming fat from meat and separating the skin from the flesh. I made to sharpen it which helped. But for a brand new cleaver I expected an ultra sharp blade.
