My roku remote had broke, so I needed to replace it, I bought from another company and they didn't work at all. I was hesitant to buy these ones, but to my surprise they worked perfectly, I put the batteries in and they were ready to go. The product arrived in good condition and looked well. I will buy these ones again if I ever need to.

Great replacement
Put batteries in and worked great. Great replacement. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t have quite the range my original remote did, but that’s not a huge issue.

Seller is good and merchandise package came undamaged
Seller is good and merchandise package came undamaged. They even responded quickly when I decided to return the item. Two issues I observed:1. The remote range is not high. One need to really point to roku to get it working.2. Volume button is missing. If you have used roku remotes you must have known that on side of remote there is volume button. Without that, I have to always use TV remote to change volume which to me should be within this remote.I will be looking at some other version of this remote from the seller.

Only works with IR. No wireless connection.
Does NOT work with Roku 3 as stated. There is also no headphone jack on these. We had to send them back.They are IR only. They do not connect using wireless. They will not work with the Roku stick Roku 2 or 3. I believe it will only work with Roku embedded TV's. The reason I say that is because (as far as I've ever seen) the Roku embedded TV's are the only Roku device that uses IR. All the stand alone Roku devices use a wireless connection to the remote.

Good product...good customer service.
Update on previous. I got the new remote and it works great. Sometimes things are faulty but one bad apple doesn't ruin the whole bunch. The replacement connected right away to my roku. Very happy with the device and the seller.

Solid Value
They work great, and you can't beat the price. I still prefer to use the phone app, but these are necessary for other guests, babysitters, etc. Solid value. We have Roku 2, BTW.

it was great to find these
So far, I have been unable to find a universal remote for ROKU. As with all electronics these days, they cannot operate without a remote.This is certainly ROKU's intention. However, it was great to find these. To be honest, I have only tested them and they work with my ROKU One, Two, and Three. I will miss the cloth tab that the original had on it. It's hard to operate this remote in the dark, and the tab made it easier in the dark.

Works perfectly for me.
I've read some bad reviews from people, but I took a chance and am very happy. I bought a two pack, and both work just like the standard Roku remote does. No problems at all. Put in batteries and it works right out of the box.
