Avoiding gluton.
Bought them for church but had to go down separately to take communion. Found it a bit embarrassing so stopped it. Then I discovered there was so little wheat in the communion wafer that it would do me no harm. Sorry meant to mention that I have coeliac.

Superior Product
I tried a similar product but I went back to ordering this one as the quality is a lot better.

Disappointed with size
I was a bit disappointed with the size and thickness of the altar breads for the price I paid. They are so small it's difficult to get them out of the container. Previously, the size of the wafer was much bigger and thicker and I paid less.
