Good looking rod, nice features and fast delivery.
Have not had a change to try it out, but the rod appears to be well worth the money. Will know more more when it hooks up with a good size fish. Nice construction and super fast delivery. Ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday with standard shipping.

Surprising quality for the price
This was my first online purchase of a rod, and I am impressed. I used to buy old gear from pawn shops to save money or the cheapest available that had the features I wanted. I havn't put it in the water yet, but the construction is solid, the rollers are solid, the rod is solid. The nearest I could come to this price in the local retailers gives me one roller on the tip, 4' long stick that broke the first big fish that hit it. The comparable rods in the retailers in town are $200-300. Shipping and packaging were great.

30-80LBS
I bought a pair of these for the summer, I paired them with a Penn Squall Lever Drag SQL60LD with 50Lbs mono. I gave it a 5 starts because the rods do look great and they seem to be well build. I'll get a chance to use it a couple of times and i will update the review if needed.

Pleasantly surprised!
I got it in the mail quicker than expected. Took about a week to get to me here in Minnesota. I have been scoping this rod along with other Okiaya products for a few months before making the purchase. Here was my first impressions and experience:Packaging: This rod came in a shipping tube that was tightly taped at both ends. The shipping tube was very study. I pulled the rod out and it was wrapped inside it's own dust bag that says "Okiaya" and the name of the rod. Very impressed considered how much I paid for it.Quality: When inspecting the rod, I noticed how well made this rod is, very comparable to more expensive rods. The roller guides are well wrapped and the roller guides spin smoothly. From just the appearance, this rod is glossy and all the colors pop. The reel seats in my opinion are well made and have aluminum seat rings. I mounted a Penn Squall SQL60LDLH on this rod and hade no trouble mounting it. The Penn reel I bought for it had additional clamps, and after I mounted the reel and used the Penn clamp, the reel is going no where! There are other reviews stating how the rod seats are spinning after they mount it. I never had this issue especially after using the Penn clamp that came with my new reel. When using a rod this size, you need a reel that comes with clamps so keep that in mind. I loaded it with 80 lb Superpower blue braid from Eposeidon here on Amazon, and I am now ready to pull Tuna and sharks. I did a load test for my rod by hooking my setup to my 100 lb tool box, and the rod bends like it should. Did this several times to check drag and how the pole handles tension. A-O-K so far! Conclusion: I gave it a 4 out of 5 just because I haven't caught a fish on this setup yet, so I will update here as I go along and use this rod more and more. For brands that are not well known like Okiaya, reviews are few and far between so I will do my best to update. Nothing on this rod says "cheap" and there will always be people out there who says " it can't be good if its made in china" or "you get what you pay for" without even trying it out for themselves. Note: Most expensive and big name rods come from overseas nowadays, and most of them are made in the same factory. Im a regular guy from Minnesota and I don't work for Okiaya. Give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed when you get it in the mail. If you can catch a tool box, you can catch a fish! lol

Just as expected
A coworker on an oil rig I work on broke his pole while out there, and we ordered through Amazon together. He got this one and I got another brand. This one works amazing! Worth the price, and all.

WORSE THAN BAD
JUNK JUNK JUNK. I cant see where the reviews are coming from. Roller guides don't roll, reel seat doesn't tighten and if any line scrapes guides, you're nicked and changing a spool of line. Bad deal at any price. You can get an E Glass name brand rod for a few dollars more. These are not an actual rod you would use to actually fight a fish requiring roller guides, in my opinion.
