I like this A LOT. I splash in on my legs as I have Neuropathy, it helps with the aches in my back too. I use it daily for my sinus problems and it is good for headaches.It is simple to use, there is a tiny hole in the cover so that too much doesn't come out at a time.I can't remember how long ago I bought it, maybe 2 months, but I use it so often, by the end of summer I will need another one. I would definitely recommend it.

I found this isn't very good as a chest rub it's not very good as it's too runny, this is a liquid not a balm you see. I find a balm is much better for rubbing on your chest but this is excellent for putting on to a hanky to inhale from. At first it's quite gassy so it's best to leave for a few minutes for that gassy smell to go and you're left with a fab smell that'll help clear your airways. It would be good in a diffuser too or a few drops on a pillow.I think it's pricey when compared with similar products.

I was very poorly over winter 6 years ago with repeated bouts of flu and pneumonia from November until April and I got through so much Vick that I can't use it any more as it instantly makes me start coughing nowadays, so I've been looking for something to use instead. I was really happy to be able to test this one and, luckily, it works well for me. I think it smells like original Tunes and it has the same nose unblocking capabilities too but without the stomach ache they cause me if I eat too many of them.This chest rub is really easy to use, just shake the bottle and pour a tiny bit into the palm of your hand and rub it on your chest. It doesn't seem to smell in the bottle, but I don't have the best sense of smell anymore, the aroma seems to be released when you rub it into your skin. My skin feels soft but not oily and after about 5 minutes I can't smell it anymore, but I'm still able to breath more easily. I've struggled to breath clearly ever since my illness, so I always dread catching another cold or flu and tend to stay home as much as possible during the winter, even before the Pandemic; it was brilliant last winter, not catching anything! I'm not sure if this will help to ward off colds and flu or just make it easier to breath should I catch something but I'm happy to give it a try as I've suffered no ill-effects from it so far.

This chest rub really is fantastic, it is by far the best rub I have tried, and I have tried quite a few. I have bronchiectasis and asthma so if I get a cold or lung infection I have a very hard time of it. I’ve been feeling more congested over the past week, so this was a perfect time to try it. The bottle lid and cap are well designed not to pour too much, makes dispensing easy. You only need a little as it goes a long way. It isn’t greasy or oily and you can use without having to worry about your clothes etc. I can only describe the aroma as bliss, it contains some of my favourite ingredients, including: anise, pine, lavender, lemon and eucalyptus, love all of these and together along with other ingredients they smell amazing.It works very well, no need to build up effectiveness over days, I noticed a difference very quickly after my first use. As well as promoting better breathing it promotes calmness. Good value as this will last a while.
