Q: how is it powered? using an external adopter? or using the same usb port it receives data from the pc?

the same single wired (USB) is using for power and data. speaker is very bad in sound quality. dont west your money.

Q: how can i use this for phones?? is there ant way that i can connect with my phone with 3.5mm jack?

That speaker require power to operate, and the usb cable has wires for power and audio, so if there is one adapter which 3.5 mm to usb, which can supply power and audio, and its stream matches with that of the speaker, then only you may be able to use it, I don't know if it is possible with otg cable though, it may work.
