Amazon Basics Velvet, Non-Slip Closet Skirt Clothes Hangers with Clips, Pack of 24, Black/Silver

We've been using white plastic clothes hangers in our closet for years and I've been getting tired of how ugly and cheap they look. (They are also slippery, allowing sweaters and other clothes to slide off them easily.) When I realized I needed some 'skirt/pants' hangers (with clips), I decided it was time to upgrade our hanger style (but on a budget). I was thrilled to find these 'Amazon Basics' (Amazon Basics Velvet, Non-Slip Skirt Clothes Hangers with Clips) and ended up getting two boxes of them in both the standard style as well as the metal clip version for pants/skirts. I am 100% happy with my purchase—these are a decent and solid item for what their cost is and they work well. Yes, they are not the 'nicest' hangers you could buy, but they are absolutely a great value for their very affordable price. The metal hook/portion that these hang from is solid and has held my heaviest items without issue. The 'body' of the hanger is plastic that's coated with a velvet finish—it provides a nice grip on the shoulders of your clothes so they won't easily slip off but they do have a bit of flex to them. The clips work well and have a strong grip/clamp, however I'm not sure how durable they will be over time. (I accidentally bent the metal on one pretty easily, but as long as you're not abusing your hangers these work great.) These absolutely fit my needs, AND they fit my budget, AND they look SO much better than the plastic white hangers we've been using. I'm very happy with them! If you're in need of hangers on a budget, these will be perfect.

These are ideal for streamlining closets. Slim lines, consistent in manufacture, gives a uniform appearance and the velvet coating securely, yet gently holds the finest fabrics. Would not recommend for heavy coats.

I love that I can use this hanger for only bottoms, tops or both together. I didn’t want bottom only hangers to take up space in my closet and this hanger’s functionality is dual purpose. It’s space saving and durable. They were a great addition to the hangers I had in my closet already.

These hangers are great quality and work perfectly for pants, skirts, or shirts that can’t be hung on traditional hangers. The value is fantastic for the amount you get, and they upgrade the look of my closet. Definitely a must-have for anyone looking to organize their wardrobe!

The Amazon Basics Velvet Hangers are well-made and sturdy, and they do a great job of holding clothes in place. The velvet material provides a nice, non-slip grip, which is excellent for preventing garments from sliding off. However, I found the grip to be a little too strong for my liking—it makes it harder to slide clothes onto the hanger smoothly, especially for items with thinner fabrics.While these hangers are a solid choice for keeping clothes in place, I personally prefer a hanger with a more subtle grip. They’re nice overall, but not my favorite for ease of use.

Awesome hangers. They are plastic on the inside, but the metal heads and the velvet give them a little bit of strength. They hold all the clothes great, and don't shed at all. They're a skinny profile, so you can fit more in the same space than regular plastic hangers. I would not hang coats or heavier items on these, but they work great for "normal" clothes.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased these to hang skirts and my husband's dress pants. They work great and do not make a lot of noise when moving them back and forth on the rack.Pros:- Barely makes any scratching noise- Space saving when hanging lots of clothes next to each other- Slip resistance- Swivel hookCon:- It isn't as thick some of my other hangers- Clips do feel a bit fragile (may want to be cautious when using it)Overall, I like the hangers as they give us more space to hang our clothes. It does look much better as it isn't the typical plastic hangers. I would buy these again.
