Beautiful little box.
This is a very pretty and nicely made scrimshaw trinket box. It’s only big enough to hold a few rings and/or bracelets but the ship engraved on the top is very detailed. It has a nice antique look to it.

Great Seller, Superbly Made, Reasonably Priced and Arrived in a Timely Manner.I love this scrimshaw box and I only have one complaint....You know that smell your clothes sometimes have when you first pull them out of the dresser after several months. It is a kind of old magazine, newspaper, book store smell. I will not say it smells bad because it reminds me of my grandmother. Yep, that smell, the smell you get when you first walk into your grandmothers house. That musty, old magazine, bookstore, old newspaper smell you remember from your childhood....that is what this box smells like, and after a couple of months it still smells the same way.Semper FiGunny S.USMC Retired
