Mario Badescu Day Cream Face Moisturizer for Dry Skin, Daily Anti Aging Skin Care with Rich Antioxidants and Skin-Softening Formula

It has a faint scent of banana (which I like) but I want to emphasize faint. It isn't a strong scent, just a gentle touch of banana scent. It's a light moisturizer that feels bright on the skin (not sure how else to describe it) which fits very well for a daytime moisturizer. My only complaint is that on very hot days, if I apply it and immediately go out, I tend to sweat through it and it makes me feel like a bit of a mess. However, this was very gentle yet effective on my face and I have sensitive skin so to find a daytime moisturizer that reacts well made me a happy customer.

This moisturizer has been my favorite for a few years now. I love that it has been around for awhile, is cruelty free and made in the US.From a performance standpoint, it moisturizes really well, smells great, and lasts throughout the day. I can a long term difference in the way my skin looks and feels. But also feel like I see an immediate positive difference in the way makeup looks when I use this before application.I've tried a lot of even trendier, more expensive brands that promise the same results and always come back to this one.I've seen some reviews noting it makes their skin feel greasy. I haven't had this issue but I have dry skin, especially in the winter, so for me it works really well. That said, those who have oily or combination skin, may prefer a lighter formula. It does also take a little while absorb fully so I put it on when I wake up so it has some time before I get ready for the day. However, I've not had problems when I can't do this. I just use a little less.

I bought this small container of moisturizer because a friend recommended it. Yes, it's more expensive than what I had been using but after applying it every morning for 2 weeks I certainly do like the effect. It seems to "fluff up" my face and make it appear healthier and younger than my face is - LOL. Only a small amount is needed and it doesn't irritate my eyes the way my previous moisture cream did. Give it a try.

I’ve used Badescu products on and off for years. This cream is lightweight, absorbs nicely, and moisturizes with no greasy feel. I have dry-ish skin so this product is not suitable for nighttime use. I use this as a day cream under my makeup and it works great. It is moisturizing and comforting without interfering with makeup application. I believe there’s a version of this specifically made for daytime use that has SPF, but I prefer moisturizers without sunscreen and instead use a separate sunscreen layer on top of my morning moisturizer, so a lightweight, matte moisturizer is best. If I apply sunscreen to a dewy moisturized face the sunscreen just rubs off or it makes my base too greasy.

I don't really feel this works, however, I've only been using it for about a week. Feels very greasy and heavy on my face. Haven't noticed any benefits. Surprised this was actually recommended, I'm definitely not going to be recommending this product to anyone. I'll come change my rating if anything changes but don't think I'll be keeping this in my regimen much longer.

Nice and smooth

I been using this brand for the longest . I have super sensitive skin and this is the only brand which works without irritating my skin. Love it
