Q: I love the earring but they have turned to a goldtone. What should i do?

Have you tried cleaning them with a sterling silver jewelry cleaner? I’d also recommend wiping them with a jewelry cloth afterwards. - I haven’t experienced that with my set.

Q: Does the earring have black on them ?

It does not have a post back. It is more of a hook back with a latch or clasp at the bottom to close the hook and secure the earing

Q: Do the silver ones come in the 1/2 in size? I see it listed but don't see that option for the silver.

Q: How do you choose the size?. I don’t see an option.

I went to the page just now and it shows an option of sizes: 1/2" (12mm) size for $24.90 or 3/4" (18mm) for $41.50. I purchased the 1/2" size right beneath the price in red. If you don't see both options I would suggest 1.) go to the Miabella store (type Miabella in search field), or contacting Amazon customer service (maybe they're not available in your area). I wish I could be more helpful.
