Q: Can this be used on ceramic hob? Is this non-stick?

We use ours on an induction hob so I imagine it wuld be OK on ceramic. It is stainless steel so it is very easy to clean. On the inductin hob the heating is very spread out so food doesn't burn on.

Q: Does it have a ultra shiny outside or just matte ?

not the too much ultra but yes it is shiny

Q: Can it be used on gas hob?

Yes, absolutely.I am using it on gas hob only.It's well placed and quite sturdy.
