Best movie to surprise your friends with!
My friends had no knowledge of this glorious piece of cinema, and were apprehensive on viewing it. I named some of the well known actors/actresses in the film to get them on board. The entire viewing process was a rollercoaster for the whole group. I would definitely recommend for anyone searching for a movie with high quality actors doing random skits.

Even though I enjoyed it, just you know what you are buying
This 2013 film contains a number of sketches whose only connection is that they are being pitched to a studio guy as a movie by a hard-sell character played by Dennis Quaid. Don’t try to figure out the meaning of the title “Movie 43”, there is none. There are no spoilers if I simply list the title of the sketches. You will not be able to figure out the content of the sketch from the title and there is no way that I will reveal that content. My main aim is to let you in on the extensive list of A-list actors appearing in this film.Sketch 1: “The Catch”: Kate Winslet, Hugh JackmanSketch 2: “Home Schooled”: Liev Schreiber, Naomi WattsSketch 3 “The Proposition”: Anna FarisSketch 4 “Veronica”: Emma StoneSketch 5 “iBabe”: Richard Gere, Kate BosworthSketch 6 “Superhero Speed Dating”: Kristen Bell, Uma ThurmanSketch 7 “Machine Kids”Sketch 8 “Middle School Date”: Chloe Grace MoretzSketch 9 “Tampax”Sketch 10 “Happy Birthday”Sketch 11 “Truth or Dare”: Halle BerrySketch 12 “Victory’s Glory”: Terence HowardSketch 13 “Beezel”: Elizabeth BanksBefore you decide, looking at that list of A-listers, that you could not possibly go wrong buying this movie, think again. This is an intentionally gross-out movie intended for an audience that might enjoy, on occasion, as I did, an intentionally gross-out movie. The title “Tampax” of Sketch #9 (although the second-tamest of them all) is the only title that gives you a hint of the subject matter. One sketch should have a rating of “inverse PG13”, i.e., it could only be funny to (a subset of) adolescents under 13. The “Roger Ebert” review by Richard Roeper bears the title “There is lousy, there’s excremental and then there’s … this motion picture”. His review contains the memorable sentence “This movie is the Citizen Kane of awful”.I need not go further. If you are strictly politically correct, forget it. There is also an excellent review from an Amazon buyer who names himself Gregory R. Collins and his review “Strap yourself in”. Read it. His five stars as well as mine address the question “If this movie was intended to be offensive to most people, how well did it succeed?”. Answer: *****. If you are not a moralistic crusader, you might relax and enjoy the film’s awfulness as I did and as the A-listers must have, as they helped make this film. Otherwise, just ignore.

it's funny but goofy
Comedy anthology movie that has one of the largest casts of great actor/ actresses I've ever seen. I can't watch the first two stories without crying. If anything, go watch the Hughe Jackman/ Kate Winslet scene somewhere. Seriously.

Gross, Disgusting, Foul...and funny!
This movie is gross, vulgar, disgusting at times, and completely unapologetic. Having said that, there are some truly laugh-out-loud bits to be found. The fact that there are A-List stars reveling in this lunacy makes it even more ridiculous. Not sure how the reviews are so low, as every one I've shown this to has had just as much fun as I did.I will admit that when I first saw it, the level of depravity on display distracted from the actually very funny stuff here. But after thinking of it later, I realized I wanted to watch it again, and then I really enjoyed it.I was in a class for Broadcast TV Filming techniques, when the instructor showed us a commercial from Russia, to show the difference between what they could show on TV and what we Americans are allowed to see. I laughed out loud, as the "commercial" he showed was actually a bit from this movie. If you like playing Cards Against Humanity, you may actually enjoy this crap.

Yeah...
This is a terrible movie but I like it. It made me laugh out loud more than a few times. 3 stars because it's really not that good but the laughs are there, I promise. It's just not a great premise but in all fairness, I don't know how else they would have told these little stories. Great actors, playing out ridiculous scenes and characters for ???

Laughed my butt off
It's a goofy movie, I enjoyed it start to finish. I'm glad I added to my library of movies. Fun, inappropriate, all over the place. Great acting, I'll rewatch over and over. Made me laugh so hard my sides ached in the best way

Possibly the worst movie I've ever seen. Don't let the list of stars fool you
This movie was TERRIBLE!!! It was absolutely GROSS. I couldn't even watch some parts of it. The only way I can rationalize WHY so many big stars agreed to do this is that they were doing their friend a favor. It's as though three 11 year old boys were bored on a summer afternoon and decided to write a script. Do NOT waste you time
